Career test

Onderstaande test maakt onderdeel uit van beproefde methoden. De meeste tests, inclusief de gedegen normering, zijn ontwikkeld in de Verenigde Staten. De resultaten worden berekend volgens Amerikaanse systemen, zoals die van “CareerTest.net” (www.CareerTest.net). De test bestaat uit 68 vragen. Het invullen duurt ongeveer 10 minuten. Om een betrouwbaar resultaat te krijgen is het gewenst dat u antwoord geeft op alle vragen. Er zijn geen goede of slechte antwoorden. Zolang u de vragen maar naar waarheid invult. Dus niet hoe u graag zou willen zijn of denkt dat u zou moeten zijn, of wat anderen van u vinden. Op basis van uw antwoorden wordt u ingedeeld in een van de 16 persoonlijkheidstypes die dit systeem kent. Tot welk type u behoort zegt iets over u en uw meest waarschijnlijke loopbaankeuzes.

Deze verkorte test geeft inzicht in persoonlijkheidstype (volgens onder andere Jung, maak de gratis test) in combinatie met te maken loopbaankeuzes. In een coachingstraject ontdekt u uw ongekende talenten niet alleen op deze maar ook op vele andere manieren.

Het resultaat kan aanleiding zijn om eens goed na te denken over wat u zou moeten willen en uw presentatie bij sollicitaties, netwerkgesprekken.
